Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion
The Motor Scout Fuel Up Event (“Promotion”) is a trade promotion conducted by Motor Scout (“Promoter”).

The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 4 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 11 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period form a single continuous entry pool for the purpose of all prize draws.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who:
are current NRMA members at the time of entry; and
are residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify NRMA membership status directly with NRMA and may disqualify any entrant who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility.
4. Entry
To enter the Promotion, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:
search for a vehicle via the Motor Scout platform;
complete and submit a quote request; and
successfully reach the Motor Scout confirmation page at www.motorscout.com.au/thank-you.
Each completed journey will only constitute a valid entry where it is:
correctly attributed to the NRMA campaign via valid UTM parameters; and
captured through associated tracking and attribution mechanisms as determined by the Promoter.
Each eligible participant may receive one (1) entry for each valid and completed entry journey during the Promotion Period, provided each entry meets these requirements.
Entries must originate from the specified Entry Method.
The Promoter reserves the right to determine whether an entry has been correctly attributed and to deem entries invalid where attribution cannot be verified.
Entries that are incomplete, misdirected, automated, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise not validly attributable may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
Each valid entry will constitute one (1) entry into a single continuous entry pool, which remains eligible for all prize draws conducted during the Promotion Period.
5. Prize Pool
The total prize pool consists of:
10 x $500 fuel vouchers (total prize pool value: $5,000)
Each prize will be awarded in the form of a fuel voucher only.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or any cash equivalent, except where required by law.
If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
6. Prize Draws
There will be five (5) scheduled prize draws conducted during the Promotion Period.
Each draw will randomly select two (2) winners from the single continuous entry pool, resulting in a total of ten (10) winners across the Promotion.
All valid entries received up to and including the time of each draw remain eligible for that draw and all subsequent draws.
Scheduled draw dates:
Thursday 25 June 2026
Thursday 9 July 2026
Thursday 23 July 2026
Thursday 6 August 2026
Monday 14 September 2026
The Promoter reserves the right to amend draw dates where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable random selection method.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification and Redraws
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry within a reasonable timeframe following each draw.
If a winner:
cannot be contacted;
does not claim their prize within ten (10) days of notification; or
is found to be ineligible,
the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a re-draw from the remaining eligible entries in the continuous entry pool.
9. Verification Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility, including but not limited to:
NRMA membership status;
identity of entrants;
compliance with Entry Method requirements;
correct attribution via UTM parameters or other tracking mechanisms; and

By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of:
administering and conducting the Promotion;
