Do I have to buy the car?
No. There's absolutely no obligation to buy. We'll bring you the offers we find, but the decision is always yours. If you don't find a deal you're happy with, you don't have to go ahead.
How does Motor Scout make money?
We charge participating dealers a flat-fee when a customer chooses to buy through them. You don't pay us anything to use our service. This means our service is completely free and unbiased for car buyers.
Will dealers spam me?
No. You deal with your Motor Scout consultant while we manage the quote process for you. We only connect you with the dealer once you've chosen an offer you're happy with.
What happens after I submit?
You will be assigned a dedicated Motor Scout advisor who will call to confirm exactly what you're looking for (add ons, extras, budget etc.), then send your request to our dealer network. We'll gather and negotiate the offers and bring them back to you. You choose what happens next.
Are quotes really driveaway?
Yes. We ask our dealers to provide driveaway offers, so you can compare the actual price of the car rather than trying to work out what's included. Your consultant will confirm the details of each offer before you make your decision.
